Scheduling An Appointment
You can make an appointment by contacting us by phone, email or using the online contact form. We will endeavour to provide same day or next day request, based on availability. New patients are always welcome.

Practice Closure Dates
The practice will be closed on all bank holidays.

Emergencies
We have emergency appointment slots for patients of the practice in pain, to be seen on the same day. We will also see new patients in pain on the same day, as long as there is availability. Please contact the practice as early as possible to secure a slot.
Out of hours, patients of the practice are requested to telephone the practice on 01793 525 777 and listen to the answer phone message for further assistance. For less urgent problems, please leave a message on the answer phone and we will get back to you on the next working day, or email the practice on smile@mayhewdental.co.uk.

Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 2 full working days notice. It enables us to offer you appointment to another patient. This can be done by telephone or emailing the practice. Please note that messages left on a Friday are not checked until Monday, so ideally email the practice as emails are checked on a daily basis. This enables us to offer Monday appointments to patients who have had pain/emergencies over the weekend. There will be a charge for short notice cancellations or patients who miss their appointments.
Financial Policy
We will provide a written estimate before treatment is carried out. We accept cash and all major credit cards (except American Express). We ask you to pay as you go for treatment. Payment plans for larger treatment courses may be arranged with the practice principles. For patients with dental insurance, we are happy to fill out any relevant paper work required.
