“I would love to tell you, what a wonderful service ‘Anand and Rupal’ gave me when I lost my front tooth! Yes, my front tooth! I am 50 and having this happen so suddenly just before a 3 week holiday was more than a shock, as you will imagine. This all happened on 19″^ September 2015, just before a holiday with friends to the Caribbean starting in 2 days’ time!
Saturday at 2pm I lost my front tooth, in a panic I called the surgery to see if anyone would help me, I also emailed and texted, still in a panic! Within 3 minutes, Anand called me and asked me what happened, (I had never met Anand before)… From this point on, I cannot say enough about how well ‘Anand and Rupal’ looked after me personally. I was travelling Monday and needed help NOW. Anand said, “Can you come to the surgery tomorrow, 10am on SUNDAY?, off course I said YES! There was a small call out charge as you would expect, but what happen next was AMAZING. Anand and Rupal and their 2 young sons all turned up on a SUNDAY morning at 10am to “HELP ME”. I had a crown fitted and went happily off on my 50*^ birthday celebration for nearly 4 weeks. Upon my return the procedure started to fix me with a permanent crown to resolve the loss of my front tooth!
I would like to say, just how ‘Making a difference’ in today’s business ‘Anand and Rupal’ made with their particular brand of ‘Client Customer Service’, they both made my experience ‘not such a, painful one’. From the initial referral to Nigel Foot for a consultation, through the subsequent extraction and preparatory work until the fitting of the tooth this month I have received excellent professional care and kindness. So at 46 years old i have to admit i love taking the odd selfie!
Braces these days are not just for the youngsters! When i heard about the Six Mouth Smile option it was the perfect choice. The process from start to finish was simple, the evening monthly check ups even fitted in around work. After the first four weeks it was very noticable how much my teeth had moved, the family were amazed!
